Common questions

Migrating from Stocky? In the app, open "Getting started" then "Migrate from Stocky" to import your suppliers, reorder points and purchase-order history from CSV.

My products or sales are not showing yet. On install we import your catalog and 90 days of sales in the background. Large catalogs can take a few minutes; the dashboard shows a banner while it runs.

Emailing POs to suppliers. Set the supplier's email on the supplier page. PO email delivery requires a verified sending domain configured by the store owner.

Inventory looks off after receiving. Every receipt and stocktake adjustment is recorded with an audit reference. Open the purchase order or stocktake to review what changed, and contact us if anything does not reconcile.
