Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-03
These terms govern your use of Storeroom ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install the app.
The service
Storeroom provides purchase orders, receiving, reorder points and stocktakes for Shopify stores. The app writes to your Shopify inventory only in response to actions you take (receiving stock, applying a stocktake), and always records an audit reference back to the originating document.
Billing
Storeroom is billed through Shopify managed pricing at a single flat monthly price with a 14-day free trial. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription. Prices are shown in the App Store listing at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other merchants' data, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate Shopify's terms or applicable law. Each store's data is isolated to that store.
Data and availability
We take reasonable measures to keep the app available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data. You are responsible for verifying inventory adjustments against your physical stock.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storeroom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
